My complaint:

So last night, I ordered Uber Eats waited for the Driver (I watched the GPS on the app). The Driver never stopped and kept driving. This is the second time I gave a driver the thumbs down. He did not read the directions (meet at the door).

When a person gives a Driver a thumbs down means, maybe this Driver should not be the one delivering again. He sucked the first (just left my food on the street) on his notes the first time he wrote, no code was given to him to enter the apartment building. I will not provide you with a code to come into the building. But I will come out and wait for the Driver at the entrance, so they don’t have to worry about that. Now this time, he just drove by and did not even stop.

Suggested solution:

Do not want this Driver ever again and I want my money back. No need to pay for a service I did not receive.
