My complaint:
I ordered KFC Bexley Heath – The Broadway
Order 313DE for £41.61 for food this evening. We waited for the delivery man (Oluwole Gbolabo) to knock on the door at 17:5556 as the app said he was 1 minute away. We received no knock (this can be proven from our camera bell that no attempt was made to deliver the food. The driver stole the food. We contacted KFC and they said we had to contact Uber Eats which we did but got no help from either company, although they are happy to steal my money. The driver had apparently told Uber Eats that he waited 7 minutes, this is untrue as we did not see anything of him at the door. Instead he stole the food and we have been told we will not receive a refund.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the cost of the non delivered order of £41.61
