My complaint:
Your bike despatchers are a liability, they never STOP at a STOP sign, despite numerous kind requests to do they glibly drive without a care in the world, speeding through a STOP sign is against the law, resisting arrest is another.
Suggested solution:
If their driving does not improve I will motion a global arrest and loss of licence and the only way to get it back will be to redo your licence so as to learn that a STOP sign means STOP. I am doing this because I was almost killed by Reg. n. KC6 5DT GP ( at the intersection of Forest RoadBelvedere Avenue, Gardens) . I have his photograph and will have him arrested for 1. Speeding 2. Not STOP-ing 3. Resisting arrest 4. Endangering lives with bad driving . I (obviously) I don't want them to lose their livelihood BUT I prefer my life to not come to an end because of bad driving, fast driving , not respecting the simple road laws.
