My complaint:

I did not receive my order and was not refunded. I spoke with the driver who hung up on me and I submitted the text from my neighborhood app showing the pizza was delivered 2 streets over and discovered the next morning. Uber stated I had a refund in the past so they wouldn’t refund me. They also didn’t take the tip back from the drivet
