My complaint:

I ordered from uber eats last night at 23.00, £33.56 they charged me and didnt show up at all , and say I’m not eligible for a refund . How is this possible . They took my money , and never delivered anything so I would like my money back .

Suggested solution:

I would like then to send my money back they took from my bank , and they never delivered anything I ordered . I want my money back in my bank . Theyve basically stole from me .
