My complaint:
Today your driver came to deliver to our building, he parked at the valet parking ramp to wait for his customer, the valet parking lady went to him
to inform him about some rules that we have in this building (for example we do not allow deliveries to park in the valet parking ramp, but we have free parking for them at the parking lot), the lady was doing her job in a professional way and this driver start calling her all kind of nasty names
miserable whore among others that I can’t even repeat.
the behavior of this driver was unacceptable and unprofessional, and this is not the first time he comes to create problems in our building.
