My complaint:
Back in March i ordered from Dory’s Fish Chips in Sunbury, the total cost for our order was $77.19,
I ordered 2 pieces of snapper, chips, dim sims, potato cakes, and a couple of other things. The fish was not snapper and was full of bones, it was disgusting and we could not eat it. I have photos to prove this.
Suggested solution:
I called the shop and they told me to lay a complaint with Uber eats which i could not understand as they cook the food, the next day i visited the shop to see if they would refund me and once again told me to go thru uber. This is the first and last time that i would use uber eats and all i want is a refund for my take aways.
