My complaint:

My son and daughter placed a meal to be delivered, they cancelled this order and placed a different order.
My daughter rang the restaurant to make sure that the 1st order was cancelled, they said that it was and they were sending out the 2nd order that they had placed.

Uber eats took the money for both orders out of my daughter’s account.

My daughter contacted uber eats on the same night to explain the situation about both orders.
She spoke to someone called Maheen Waheed Mirza at 21.51 pm on 6th June.

I rang uber eats again tonight spoke to the same lady Maheen Waheed Mirza to ask for my refund as I only received one order.

They basically told us that there was nothing they could do.

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund of £13.50 for the order I placed, which was then cancelled by the restaurant We didn't receive this order but uber eats took the money for it.
