My complaint:

It is very simple, the app does not have the facility to reject a driver doing multiple pickups and deliveries, it then leaves perfectly good food cold. The last 4 or 5 deliveries have been the same.

Suggested solution:

Modify the app to allow a request for direct delivery to be requested.
