My complaint:

I ordered some food from El Quacca in Clacton over a month ago via Uber Eats. Due to a location issue on the apps my order was cancelled, i resubmitted the order after resolving the location issue but i realised Uber Eats had taken the amount of £7.74 out of my bank account twice. I emailed them a few days later in case one of the payments was on hold. I gave Uber Eats the allocated time to respond to my e mail but got nothing. I therefore contacted my provider PayPal as a dispute they contacted Uber Eats and again after the allocated time got no response so i won the case in my favour and Paypal refunded £7.74 back to me. Uber Eats has now blocked my acct from further orders until i repay the £7.74 back to them. I have contacted Uber Eats and they said i havnt followed the correct procedures by Uber Eats and i should not of contacted my payment provider to reimburse my £7.74. They are refusing to budge and unblock my acct

Suggested solution:

Accept im not giving them £7.74 and stop blocking my acct
