My complaint:
I placed an order through the Uber eats app. I only received part of my order and some of what I ordered was wrong. My original bill was to be $58.45 they charged my account $73.62. I contacted them first about the items and they said they were adjusting my total to $22.94 they told me they will send a credit of $35.51 which is clearly not the difference between $73.62 and $22.94. I have messaged them several times and included a copy of my bank record to prove the charge. However each time I recieved the exact same message back that they had approved a $35.51 credit!
Suggested solution:
They should refund me the full difference between $73.62 and $22.94 which is $50.68 or at this point after all this hassle to keep my business just give me my full money back of $73.62.
