Uber Eats complaint: Driver fondled himself

My complaint:

Driver fondled himself in plain sight of my ring doorbell and then proceeded to hand me food with the same hand. Initially got the generic “problems arise but not this often” message, was told there was no way of me sending the footage. Refused a refund, escalated the complaint and finally sent the evidence which they finally apologised for. I had a big order from sainsburys following this with some milk missing and they’re outright refusing to refund it because problems don’t happen that often. They have though? I feel like they’re happy to just blame the problems on the customer as a default thing to put you off. The missing milk was trivial but as a whole the service has been shocking.

Suggested solution:

Compensate me for the food that was handled by a delivery driver who had just been rubbing his genitals and to refund me for the milk that never arrived.
