Uber Eats complaint: Non-receipt of food items with no apology forthcoming

My complaint:

On the 21st May 2022, I placed an order at Pasta is Life, Parkmore. The driver delivered the incorrect order to me. He delivered my order to the house that he stopped at before me. My order was marked for Lisa and my name is Sally. The order included the 2x spaghetti bolognaise that I had ordered but did not include my fresh pineapple juice, chilli and parmesan cheese. I therefore paid R57-00 for the items that I did not receive and which I’m presuming Lisa received in my stead. I complained when I completed the rating but I have heard nothing from the restaurant on the subject. This is the only bad service I have had and I have been using this site for a while now.

Suggested solution:

I should be credited with the R57-00 paid for items that I did not receive. A belated apology would not go amiss.
