My complaint:
I have ordered on Uber eats for a Costa and when the Uber eats driver came they came with the wrong order they came with McDonald’s and I didn’t order a McDonald’s I ordered a Costa strawberry and cream frappe and never received my actually order and when I told the Uber driver that it’s not my order I said I ordered a Costa and I showed the Uber driver that I bought a Costa in the Uber eats and he said he will go back and try and get the correct order sorted by he said he would only be 10 minutes but haven’t received nothing so I would either like my order by 4pm or a refund please thank you.
