My complaint:

It’s the second time I’ve ordered using Uber eats and yet again I’ve received no food.
The first time I could see the address it went to was wrong. I was refunded.
The second time I have no idea. It said my food had been delivered so I walked around outside to see where it might be but there was no food.
I triple checked my account to see if the address was right and it is.
So where did my food go.
I’ve complained through their app but they just don’t care.
So I’ve bought someone else a meal. For all I know the driver ate it!!
I would like my money to be reimbursed.
I will never try use this very poor service again.
It’s basically a form of robbery!
