My complaint:
I did an order of food [KFC] on the uber eats app around 13:50 on 30 of may 2022 at Goodwood but I did not receive the food i tired to communicate with the number on the app and even tried to call but the number was not working. The driver did’nt communicate with me i believe he left the food on the door with out my permission . i went to check on KFC store if the driver did pick the order and yes he did and they said i should contact the uber eats team as for them the is nothing they care do. The order number was DE766

I would like to get my money back or do refund
