My complaint:
I ordered food from uber eats at 12pm ETA was between 1am and 1.20am
1.30am came and nothing no updates on uber eats .
I call the restaurant 5 times no answer .
2.20am came still nothing no answer from restaurant no way to contact uber eats until order is complete.
I went to bed at 3am gathering the food wasn’t going to turn up .
When leaving for work at 10am I opened my door to find the food shoved into the corner of my front door wich is in a main high street . It was pooring down with rain .
They didn’t even knock on the door or try yo call me at all .
I was left with wet soggy takeaway left on my doorstep from whatever time they decided to drop it .
Uber eats have been made aware of this issue. But they have said to me because I’ve had a few refunds or price adjustments because of items missing or major issue with precious orders and they said about my uber credits wich was a different thing entirely.
They then proceeded to say that each case is judged separately to ensure complete fairness , although hey have just told me that they won’t refund or price adjustments because I’ve had these before. So I’m stuck

I would like a full refund and for action yo be taken upon the restaurant
