My complaint:

Ordered on 295 from McDonald’s app using u wrests for delivery. Ordered at 17.55 hours. Order due 18.30 then moved to 18.35, then 18.45. Phoned and spoke to driver who advised 4-5 minutes or he would call me back. Order arrival time moved to 19.05. No phone call received! Doorbell went 19.20 driver seen running off. Left incomplete order only two items out of 7.. no explanation. Phoned ubereats who advised they would refund missing items but not delivery! Can’t see why as they didn’t even deliver a full meal! One fries, 1 drink delivered. I was refunded for missing food except only refunded for one apple pie instead of two! Phoned again today and advised on phone by Amir that he could not give a further refund even though I did not receive the apple pie and no refund for it. The operatives in the phone have very poor language skills and cannot u set stand the problem!

Suggested solution:

Refund of £1.06 for missing apple pie and £3.99 for delivery should be given.
