My complaint:
I placed an order. they changed the deliver driver so the order took longer than expected. i tried to cancel the order on the app, but i had to call up. I can cancelled the order, but was told i couldnt do this, the driver arrived and the order was cold, so i refused the order and the driver took it back with him. i have asked for a new order or a refund. both have been refused.
Ubers customer service is shocking and i wont use this service again.
Suggested solution:
i want a refund for my order. and i want this escalating as i have wasted far to much time on this!
