My complaint:
I have been driving with ubereats for 5 years now and last year 2021 once I got off from my day job I would Uber at night. So I did the identity check outside and remind you it was dark outside but I had on a bright highlighter colored hoodie and I am dark skin, so I took the picture and Uber said it wasn’t me. I’m calling them for weeks telling them to compare my account photo and license photo and you can clearly see it’s me! So they blocked my account saying I let someone use my account. I request to compare the three pictures and you can see it’s me!! But they kept hanging up on me and ignoring my request.
Suggested solution:
They kept telling me it’s on review for weeks and never go back to me but they should of compared the three pictures and seen it’s me. I had my account for years!!!!
