Uber Eats complaint: Delayed delivery – cold inedible food

My complaint:

I placed an order of KFC about 6pm and paid for priority delivery.
At 6.12 received message it was out for delivery. The KFC is 0.6mile away approx 10 minutes walking distance.
Tracked delivery and saw he was going in totally wrong direction.
Messaged driver giving him our location. Saw him change direction but then go to a different part of the estate. Corrected him again. The delivery was due at 6.18 and we actually received it at 6.44. Hence the food was stone cold. Tried to eat it but was disgusting.
I am annoyed as it was a treat for my grandson and I had paid extra to speed up the delivery. As you can see from distance to my house we would have walked back with it quicker than the delivery.

Suggested solution:

In future deliver within time scale to ensure food is hot.
In this instance recompense the cost of the meal and delivery charges.
