My complaint:
I use my gift cards to put into Uber Eats so then I’ll have money in the account all the time I placed an order this last Wednesday and within one minute I had to order something else so I cancelled the order and replaced it and was told that my credits would go back to my account well they have it and now they tell me it’s been over 48 hours and they can’t refund my money am I supposed to check my account every five minutes to see if they’ve done with their supposed to do
Suggested solution:
Refund $24.15 I don't want to pay twice for the same order and I work too hard my 70 years to have to spend that kind of money on two sandwiches
