My complaint:
I placed an order for Church’s Chicken. Delivery person’s name is Ricarra ph 281-394-1731. She texted me, couldn’t find my apt. I said I would help her. She needed to go re-park first. I told her would be easy to find apt with my guidance. She hung up. I got text saying that my order was unable to be delivered. What happens with my payment money? I need refund. Plus I am extremely displeased with her behavior not getting my order. It was uncalled for. Would not have been a problem to find my apt. with help. I even texted her and asked her to please call me again, and no response.
Suggested solution:
Refund. (And fire rude worker who refused to do her job would be nice!)
