My complaint:
I have complained to Uber for the first time about a meal that was delivered freezing cold
I have used the online chat and keep getting the same reply it’s an automated response
Suggested solution:
I believe I should get a refund the food was freezing cold it was burgers so they couldnt be heated up as they had salad and sauce on them
