My complaint:
I have been informed by Uber Eat i have two accounts which is in violation of the conditions of services, for using promotion codes Uber eats send to me on my email account.
I have informed Uber Eats i only have one account and provided my details to know which account it is. I have asked Uber eats to close the other account, as it is a concern how this is possible to have two accounts. I don’t know if its identify theft and its very worrying.
Uber eats are not closing the account(s), and the advisors are different each time you send the a email to the supports team. All the time and providing different information.
I have asked the formal complaints process or a regulator they report to so i can make a formal complaint and not have a response to this.
I am now logging this complaint on complain.biz to make progress.
Suggested solution:
To cancel any accounts under my email address and communicate when this is done.
My experience has left me disappointment and would no longer to order through Uber Eats. i rather use other professional services.
