Uber Eats complaint: MULTIPLE FAILED ORDERS

My complaint:

I have been trying to get lunch for 4 hours. Went to my Uber Eats app, Found Strongs pizza, placed an order. 15 minutes later Uber cancelled my order. I placed a second order and it took 35 minutes and still said preparing your order. After one hour I called the restaurant and they said, we don’t have your order and we do not work with Uber eats. AND IT WAS ON THE APP!! Now I try a third place and it refunds me again because it’s taking longer than expected. After an hour I cancelled the order so they refunded me. Now for the grand finale!!! I placed an order for PRIORIT an hour ago. They gave me a $10 coupon for ‘next time’ as if there would be one. They did thins because the time was not met. SO After 50 mins I try to cancel but Bob evens is already making my order so I cannot get a refund. Fine. I am starving!!! 20 mins later it says I have a driver and he is on the way. I show him driving to Bob Evans and waiting for my order then suddenly my app goes back to PREPARING YOUR ORDER!!!! Now he is gone and I have no food and no refund on a $24 order. I am LIVID!!!!!! No sense of urgency and no way to contact them. At least call me or text me and refund me!!!!!!!

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund on my debit card. they can very well see the transaction history and should be ashamed!!!!!! I do not want my Uber gift card refunded because I will never ever use them again. I NEVER have issues with door dash. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Now I just find out that bob evans threw away my order because it sat for an hour and 30 mins!!! So the driver arrives and doesn't want to wait. So what happens next?? HE LEAVES! I still do not get a refund and all I really want is FOOD!!!
