My complaint:

I’ve been trying to contact Uber eats about problems with their system and my inability to use any form of help due to problems with their system.

there is no customer service email or phone number to call and their assistance that I use their app in order to complain or get customer service is irrelevant since I can’t use their app and that is my problem. IF I CAN’T USE THE APP IN ORDER TO GET HELP WITH A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SYSTEM HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO USE THEIR APP TO GET HELP???

I HAVE SENT THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE BY SMS CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES ON MULTIPLE PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL TO EVERY ADDRESS THAT THEY HAVE ON FILE:
Hello.

I tried to use your promotion for $30 off my first order on Uber eats. I could not log into my account and when I tried to use your I cannot log into my account link it had an old credit card on file which I no longer have and I could not do anything I try to use a new email to log in and create a new account with my same phone number now I can’t access my original account at all and I can’t use the promotion for $30 the promotion expired and there was nobody available at customer support and since I couldn’t log into the app I had no way of getting in touch with you whatsoever after searching the web I finally found an email address I could get in touch with you (by the way it is not only rude but pretty stupid not to have an email to access for customer support and to have the only support available through a logged-in app I spent hours searching your website trying to find a way to get in touch with you I even found a phone number to call for customer support but of course there was nobody available)

The promotion has now expired, and I still have no access to my account or to the app.

Please let me know how I can regain access to my account and use the promotion which I want to try so I can experience your service first hand.

since I tried everything that was humanly possible (for a total of five and a half hours) on my end and it was your system that did not have any way whatsoever for me to actually fix the problem or anybody who could actually answer the phone to help me correct the problem I expect you to deal with this and honor the deal which you tried to offer me.
