My complaint:
I had made an order where i was offered a 30 percent discount that was not applied when i tried to contact them to address the issue i had stated that i wanted to chancel the order if that discount was not applied which i think is reasonable and the system took it upon itself to cancel the order without notifying me or give me the option of making a decision weather i wanted to continue to cancel with a 25 dollar charge. The total of the order was 31 dollars worth the discount it would of came out to 28 so they charged me. When i contacted them they admitted the system made a error and still refused to refund my Money.
Suggested solution:
I feel that if anything they should have at least brought me my food if i paid for it anyways but i don't think i should have to pay for a error their system made and refund my money.
