My complaint:

Uber charged someone else’s bill from my account. I was advised on 10 August that the matter was escalated and have not receive any correspondence since then. Uber does not even respond to any follow up messages that I have sent. Even I notified them that I do not recognize the purchase they continued to charge this person’s bill to my account.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money.
