My complaint:
Driver could not find my flat and I started to find him but then got a photo of the food left on a neighbours doorstep. I was there about 60 seconds later and no food and the occupants were out, so he took the photo and nicked the food. Wouldn’t answer calls when trying to find my place before and obviously didn’t afterwards. Plus can’t speak to Uber Eats as no fucking way of getting hold of anyone. First time using!!
Suggested solution:
Money back, maybe some gift, but they should also review their dishonest driver and their own processes which is frankly shit. Gunna say it, cunt of a company
