My complaint:

On the 25th of January 2023 I ordered Nandos which I paid online,today as i logon ubereats to order,to my surprise there was an error message stating I owe R91,20 for my previous order,bare in mind the money was successfully debited.

Because I was hungry I decided oh well let me just pay it so I can be able to order,and so i did.i placed two orders,one from KFC Denver worth R393,20 and the other from Romans Kensington worth R341,50.After more than an hour of waiting my KFC order got cancelled without any explanation,requested for a refund but I did not get a response.

My order from Roman’s arrived after more than am hour and directing the driver several times however there were items missing.i complained about that as well and was told I cannot be refunded,asked for a reason and I was not provided with one

Suggested solution:

Refund my nandos money as I paid twice for the order,refund the KFC money and money for the missing items from Romans
