Uber Eats complaint: Confusing late night ordering and delivering process

My complaint:

Hello!

Firstly, I am highly expressing my disappointment to the Uber Eats ordering and delivering system especifically when orders are placed late night. This is already our third bad experience ordering food from Domino’s thru Uber.
Last night’s experience was completely frustrating. We were tired and very hungry and needless to say exhausted to prepare our food. Placing order via Uber app somehow brought assurance and ease to just relax while waiting for delivery. I thought our order was received and processing okay as I could see it ed and was progressing on the uber until I learned it wasn’t after calling the restaurant and a very rude staff said they’re closed already, couldn’t place my order and just hang-up, bang!
Calling them the second time was way worse as the staff rudeness and indifference hasn’t changed, not even realising our heavy disappointment over the much needed dinner which was already far from possible to arrive.
It was really a disheartening experience and the staff unacceptable attitude and behaviour over the matter made it way worse. His voice tone and the lack of sensitivity towards the situation and the way he answered didn’t help me understand what the actual problem was going on. Eventually I learned that it could perhaps be the gap between and/or within uber eats app and the operating hours of stores and restaurants.
Anyway, I processed refund but it doesn’t give me the comfort to set aside the experience. I believe you can do better than this to secure quality service amongst your customers and justifying your slogan, “Now delivering eats… and don’t eats.”

Suggested solution:

Rectify the gap in their systems or the link between the app and the stores/restaurants processes especially in closing times/hours of the latter.
