My complaint:

Monday 29th august, I made an order through Uber eats to Taco Crunch. The order was accepted and payment taken. The screen changed to show that the order way in progress and I waited for the order. About 1 hour in, nothing had changed, so I called the restaurant who advised Uber never sent to order, the order then got cancelled and the restaurant closed.

Wednesday 31st August, I made an order to Taco bell. Again, the order was accepted, money taken, and the screen showed the order was in progress and even drivers were arriving. Then mysteriously the order gets cancelled again.

Both times there was no explanation as to why the order was cancelled, and when I got to the help options, theres just generic answers which don’t help and no option to speak with a person.

This is extremely annoying and unprofessional. Taking payments for orders that are randomly cancelled with no explanation of why, after waiting around ages for the orders as well.

I would like a full explanation as to why this is happening.

The screenshots say £0, but money left my account for these transactions, even if the intention is to later refund it.
