My complaint:

Canceled order because it was delayed two hours. Chatted to Uber eats support and have chats ing order was canceled and they will refund.

Suggested solution:

Did not refund issue. Contacted them again and I was told because it’s been longer than 7 days, they will not refund me. The person I chatted w ended the conversation
