My complaint:

I ordered from Wendy’s and the delivery person gave my food to someone else I’m very upset because although they refunded the money it will take a few days for the money to go back on my card I’m tired of going thru this it has happened multiple times and I had to spend another 30 dollars to buy the same order again this is inconvenient these delivery people get away with stealing people food usually when the delivery person drops off the food they take a picture but it’s suspicious she didn’t go it for this order and when I tried to contact Shannon she blocked me from calling her I really believe she stole my food .

Suggested solution:

Nobody should get away with types of stuff I have included photos of the first Wendy’s I ordered from with the delivery driver Shannon she never took a picture added notes that she handed it to someone than another Wendy’s I’m ordering from which is a second order I’m spending double money this person should not be allowed to steal from anyone
