My complaint:
I had ordered food for myself my 2 nieces and my nephew, when the food came the chips were soggy the burgers were dry and hard and the mozzarella sticks you couldn’t even bite into rock hard bill came to £32 even was charged £5 tip which I never agreed too. Contacted McDonald’s and explained everything they said I needed to get intouch with Uber eats so I did and they have said sorry I’m not getting a refund. Absolutely disappointed had to spend another £30 for us 4 again so extra money out of pocket
