My complaint:
Food was not only 40 minutes late but stone cold complained straight away they offered £4 the meal was £18.93 I disputed it and told them I wasn’t happy they took the £4 away then said that I complained out of the timeframe
Suggested solution:
I want more than £4 and an apology
