My complaint:
Ordered from a restaurant. The food took long to get to me but ok. Then when arrived it was completely wrong, and the food was ice cold. I contacted them to let them know this is not the first time this has happened. They said no refund and hope it’ll be better next time
Suggested solution:
I just want my order refunded. Don't even care if they keep the driver tip. I assume its not his fault
