Uber Eats complaint: Non delivered order

My complaint:

I placed food order using Uber eats app account. My order was never delivered and shown delivered on my account. I contacted Uber who put to delivery driver, driver told he delivered where restaurant asked him to deliver. He asked me to contact restaurant. I contacted restaurant who said it could be drivers mistake so I should contact Uber eats. I messaged via Uber eats account, they sent me a message of raising refund but me and my family are now waiting for food. Sending refund and leaving customer in a limbo situation is not good enough. Uber eats has to contact customer and must do more than they are doing. Also both driver and restaurant must have more responsibility to deliver food in this case. This is pathetic service and there is no one to contact to in this situation is making it worse.

Suggested solution:

They must contact me and arrange food deliver to my house. They must not only refund my own money, they must compensate for this. Uber eats must have better service in this case.
