My complaint:
We are horrified that we ordered on a few occasions as a one off for bacardi which is not ever over £15-16 a bottle !!!
They have taken £142.19 for 4 bottles of Bacardi…
This is thief and unless we get the correct amount back it will become a police matter .
20th May £34.20 taken
21st May £35.93 taken
22nd May £36.03 taken
24th May £36.03 taken .
This is shocking day light theft
Suggested solution:
We want a refund as soon as possible !
Bottles of Bacardi are £15 so minus £60 we want a total refund.
