Uber Eats complaint: Delay delivery and then just cancel it

My complaint:

Ordered food from KFC (M! services junction 14) delivery time just kept extending and then get a message to say that the order ould not be delivered. We have used this service several times, but will never be using it again. Was buying as a treat for end of term and now have upset tired, hungry children – you shouldn’t accept the orders if you can’t fulfil them.

Suggested solution:

Should have contacted to say that it wasn't going to happen rather than keep making you think it is going to happen but with a delay. 0 out of 10 for customer service.
