My complaint:
I live in Fayetteville 3 miles from Freddys steak burger
It took an hour to get my order from when placed.
The man who delivered was super friendly, but told me my order was sent to Springdale location.
Don’t bring me a hamburger and fries from Springdale!
My tea didn’t even have ice!
It’s not like I can just get out and go pick something up
My son is handicapped snd we were alone at time.
Suggested solution:
They should have sent it to the location near me or CANCELLED MY order!!
