My complaint:
This is a copy and paste as I’ve tried contacting support around 7 times now with no luck I ordered cheeseburger, mccrispy meal, 3 chicken selects and some dipsI think this is a problem with the driver not the restaurant, he went to the wrong location first too and literally waited there for 10 minutes trying to make me come to him, I have arthritis flare up and had to go up a stupid bridge to meet him, this has further damaged my knee and now not only am I missing my food but I’m also in pain..Not to add that when I did cross the bridge as soon as I got to the car he drove away and appeared 20 minutes later at the spot he was meant to be in with half melted milkshake and nothing else. I don’t understand how a company this size is so awful at customer support, last time I’ve ordered
Suggested solution:
Please reimburse me for the food I haven't received, I'd rather have credit as I've used a 10 pound voucher which I'm not getting back otherwise, if there's anything they can do for the damage caused to my knee it would be great too..
