Uber Eats complaint: Delivered wrong goods, refuse to refund or communicate

My complaint:

I orders through the mcdonalds app, I do not have an uber eats accounts.
The order was delivered via an uber eats driver ( i did not know this would be the case)
The completely wrong order was delivered

Mcdonalds tell me the fault is with uber since their driver made the mistake so I should contact them,
There are no methods to contact these scumbags without an account
So, I made an account
Then they tell me they can’t help with the order number I quote because it did not come from the account
When I tell them that I am not an uber eats customer, they disconnect the chat

The most rude support staff on the face of the earth, don’t pretend to care, don’t even pretend to try and help, tell you they can’t do anything and then just ignore you. Absolute, undeniable scumbags through and through. Take your money, deliver any random bag that is in their reach and then essentially spit in your face when you dare to ask for help

Suggested solution:

First apologize, I had 5 different support staff hangup/ disconnect the chat on me with no rhyme or reason

Second reimburse me, I did not get a single one of the items I paid for and the fault is 100% on their end

If you can see it, ignore the star rating below, 1 is the minimum but I would give a negative rating if at all possible
