My complaint:
I have ordered jerk chicken from a local restaurant and instead got pork which I can’t eat, when I asked ubereats for a refund they told me I am not eligible and their customer service was rude and unhelpful. Surely racially motivated.
Suggested solution:
Apology full refund compensation for distress and time lost
