My uber driver attempted to contact me, as there is poor service in my work building I did not receive any notifications till it was too late. I then went downstairs after two minutes to see if the food had been placed where they stated which it hadn’t. There was an internal meeting happening close to the door where the driver had stated they placed the food. workers in this meeting say they saw the driver take the photo and proceed to leave with the order. I have attempted contact uber immediately to resolve this as it was an order over £15 , however they have shown no compassion and refused to refund me although I had explained the circumstances of what happened at least 4 times in depth. I then had to cancel a meeting as I was too hungry to even proceed with my day and actually quite upset that a service i have given my money to for years had shown zero compassion or understanding for the circumstances.
Refund me my money at the very least because this is worst customer service I have ever received.
