Uber Eats complaint: Delayed order to restaurant

My complaint:

Unfortunately there was a delay with the order to Annapurna North Hobart. I ordered on your APP and, because I was new to using the APP I called the restaurant to see if the order had come through to them. (10 mins after making the order).
The woman there said the order hasn’t come through so I ordered on their independent platform.
Then the initial order must have gone through. I ended up with two orders which I had to pay for. I returned the second order (did not eat – from restaurant.).
Celeste (from Annapurna) rang you at Uber eats and you said you would call me to follow up. I have not had a call.

Suggested solution:

I am asking for refund of Uber eats order $49.28 as photographed in support for claim - photo of credit card payment.
