My complaint:
Very poor service for meal for chris gibbons from Tommy Ruff tonight. Priority delivery arrived at 8.15pm after advice of 7-25. Food completely cold. Driver says he had to wait for extra deliveries. To my Ruffs state food was ready and packed at 7.40 pm. Please refund entire amount as this is inedible.
Restaurant states that they told driver to cancel the delivery as the food was too cold.
