My complaint:
I ordered food and drink from Asda Cheltenham. It had already been delayed 30 mins and then I received messages to say that my order had been delivered.
I have a video ring door bell connected to 6 alexa’s in the house upstairs and downstairs that tell me if someone is in the vicinity of my drive way. I was looking out the window at the time of the apparent delivery and nothing arrived.
I tried calling the driver EWA, but she refused my calls.
I want my money refunded asap.
