My complaint:
I ordered from Asda via the Uber eats app. Upon ordering I never received an email about substitutions of an item. When I my order arrived, my order for chilli cheese bites had been substituted with hash browns without being notified. Their substitution guidelines state best match. Frustrated and wanting a refund I contacted Ubereats customer service, I have had no reply for 3 days. When I try and file another request for help I’m told to wait until they respond. I’ve had issues with Ubereats before not refunding me for multiple items, sometimes entire orders that have been wrong. This isn’t okay.
